Using Grobunchy.

The service

Grobunchy analyzes the performance of social accounts you connect and proposes experiments. All analysis is based on your own data. Grobunchy makes no promise of views, followers, revenue, or virality, and any claim it makes is labelled by the strength of the evidence behind it. Experiments can come back supported, rejected, or inconclusive, and an inconclusive result is a real outcome rather than a failure to deliver.

Recommendations are suggestions. You decide what to publish and what to test, and you remain responsible for your content and your channel.

Your account and connected platforms

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must own or be authorized to manage every account you connect.
• Access is read-only. Grobunchy does not publish, edit, or interact with content on your behalf.
• You may disconnect a platform at any time from Settings.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Who owns what

Your content stays yours. Connecting an account grants us permission to read and process its data only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. We claim no ownership of your posts, and we do not use your data to train models or to serve any other creator.

The software, interface and the methods behind the Growth Model stay ours. The analysis we produce about your account is yours to use however you like.

Acceptable use

Grobunchy must not be used for artificial engagement of any kind: purchased followers, fake views or likes, automated follow or unfollow loops, comment spam, engagement pods, or deceptive identity. Nor may you attempt to access another creator's data, interfere with the service, or scrape it. Accounts used this way may be suspended without refund.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payments provider and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it.

Prices shown during beta are indicative. If we change them, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you.

Beta status and availability

The service is provided as a beta, as is, and may change, break, or be interrupted. Platform integrations marked beta are available to invited test accounts only until the relevant platform review is complete. We give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular insight will be correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost audience, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or from acting on any recommendation it makes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Grobunchy at any time, disconnect your accounts, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the beta, and will give you reasonable notice and the chance to export or delete your data unless the breach makes that unsafe.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
